How we got here

2015

Corpshore Solutions Corporation founded in Toronto

Parent company established. East Africa identified as a primary delivery market from inception.

2016

First humanitarian contract

UNHCR refugee beneficiary helpline: first deployment in a humanitarian setting, serving callers in six languages.

2017

IT outsourcing and first international client

Expanded service lines to include IT outsourcing. First international client in the UK joined the portfolio.

2018

Field research division launched

Built a field research capability spanning all 135 districts of Uganda, enabling nationwide primary data collection.

2020

Remote-first operations established

Rapid scale during the pandemic. Operations moved to a distributed model, sustaining all SLAs without interruption.

2021

EAC expansion and humanitarian contracts

Corpshore Solutions began coordinated East Africa delivery, establishing field networks across Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda from Kampala operations.

2023

Outsource Accelerator listing and AI annotation

First listing on Outsource Accelerator's Uganda ranking. AI data annotation division launched to serve global technology clients.

2026

Ranked #1 of 20 BPO companies in Uganda by Outsource Accelerator

Recognised as Uganda's leading BPO provider by Outsource Accelerator in their 2026 annual ranking.
