The Kampala team processed over 3,000 loan applications per month with an error rate below 0.4 percent. That accuracy, at this cost, is not something we could replicate in-house or through our previous European provider.
We needed beneficiary verification in six languages across three refugee settlements. Corpshore delivered trained enumerators within two weeks and submitted clean data within 10 days of fieldwork. No other provider could match that timeline.
We shifted our after-hours customer support from a Philippines-based provider to Corpshore Uganda. First-contact resolution improved by 18 percentage points and our monthly cost dropped by 58 percent. The handover took three weeks, not three months.
Our portfolio companies in East Africa needed a single HR and payroll provider across Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. Corpshore manages employer-of-record services for 40 employees across all three markets. The compliance reporting is thorough and always on time.
We needed a partner who understood Northern Uganda community dynamics and could conduct interviews in Acholi and Lugbara. Corpshore's field team did exactly that. Their data quality protocols gave our researchers confidence the results were fit for publication.
Common questions
Direct answers to the questions we hear most often from prospective clients.
Our team covers 12 languages: English, Luganda, Swahili, Runyankore, Lusoga, Lugbara, Acholi, Ateso, Lukonjo, French, Kinyarwanda and Lingala. For AI annotation and field research projects we can source speakers of additional indigenous languages with four to six weeks' notice. All client-facing agents are tested to a minimum B2 standard in English.
Yes. Corpshore Uganda is registered with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA). This registration is a requirement for engagements with Uganda government agencies and public institutions, and it demonstrates our compliance with national procurement standards. Documentation is available on request.
We operate on three models: dedicated FTE (a fixed monthly rate per role), outcome-based (per contact, per document or per unit of work) and project-based (a fixed total for defined deliverables). For most BPO engagements we recommend the dedicated FTE model for transparency and predictability. Rates are quoted in USD, GBP or UGX depending on your preference. Use the calculator on this page for an indicative comparison against your current costs.
For customer service BPO programmes we typically go live within three to four weeks: one week for scoping and SOW sign-off, one week for agent selection and training design, and one to two weeks for training and quality validation. IT staffing typically onboards in two to three weeks. Field research programmes can begin within two weeks for urban areas and four weeks for remote districts. We do not compromise on training time to hit shorter dates.
Corpshore Uganda operates under the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019 (DPA 2019) and is PPDA registered. For international clients we also apply GDPR-equivalent controls on EU data and HIPAA-aware protocols for health data. Our contracts include a Data Processing Agreement as standard. We do not transfer personal data outside Uganda without client instruction and appropriate safeguards in place.
Use the contact form on this site or email uganda@corpshore.ug to request a scoping call. We will respond within one business day. The initial call takes 30 minutes: we ask about your current process, volume and timeline, then provide a written proposal within five business days. There is no obligation at any stage before contract signature.
